Just as democracy has four pillars namely Executive, Legislature, Judiciary and Media, one of the pillars of Hindu Rashtra has been proved to be Electronic Voting Machines. Many other pillars will show up. It is already plain that religious Corporatocracy is one of them. What did the Supreme Court say when there appeared a complaint that the appointment of election commissioners was not regular- wasn’t it that the election was imminent and that there was no time to discuss and check such things? Even when there was a complaint that the votes on the VVPAT paper slips should be counted along with votes on the electronic voting machines, what did the Supreme Court say? Wasn’t it that the elections were so close and that there was not enough time to consider and examine such things? When there was enough time to consider and examine everything and anything and a demand came that ballot paper should be reinstated and electronic voting machines removed, wasn’t it what the Supreme Court said that it was impossible and out of question? The message is clear and people understand that nothing shall be permitted that push the BJP out, and nothing shall hinder Hindu Rashtra!

The pillars of the Hindu Rashtra of the Theo-political party BJP, corporations Reliance and Adani and the Hindu militant organization Rashtreeya Svayam Sevak Samgh will be very different from those of democracy. There will be no Executive, Legislature, Judiciary or Media in it. Hindu Rashtra is a completely different thing with no resemblance to democracy or anything at all. It lived thousands of years before democracy was born and breathed the rarified and more carbonated air of that era and lived. If a pre-Cambrian organism were to be formed from a single DNA particle preserved in its fossilized bones, would it be able to tolerate today's atmosphere? Is it not the atmosphere of that age that is instilled in its DNA? Will it change its body to suit the new atmosphere or change the atmosphere to suit and be compatible with its body? We will be told for a while till the Hindu Nation emerges in full that the Hindu Rashtra version of the state and of administration will be exactly like democracy and will have the same four pillars of democracy but with minor changes. When Hindu Rashtra comes into being in full regalia it will have quite new things inside- something completely different from democracy, like those electronic voting machines which democracy did not have.

Many individuals, corporate entities, specifically-Hindu religious organizations, and many newspapers, television and online media in India are very angry and upset that America and Germany are unfoundedly worrying India is losing its democracy under the BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Hindu Theo-Corporate rule. Disappointed at the BJP not being able to justify and explain this change in Indian democracy in terms of political statesmanship, because they have nothing else to say, they write instead that America and Germany stooped before India.

Germany, which was cut into two after the Second World War, has at least shown the decency to unite again as a single nation, and has transformed itself from the dominance and tyranny of the Fascist Aryan Nazis who were even more dreadful than the BJP in conquering countries after countries into a democracy. On the other hand isn't India under the BJP still grappling with that piece of India that was already cut off, and going from democracy to theocracy and corporate fascism like that other piece Pakistan went from democracy to religious theocracy, dictatorship and military fascism? What is the difference between the two except that there Muslim fundamentalists like Jama'at e Islami were at work and here Hindu fundamentalists like Bharatiya Janata Party and the Rashtreeya Svayam Sevak Samgh are?

Even in the last week of March 2024, Modi, who is just a corporate slave, rejected the estimates of the Union Ministry of Mines and the Ministry of Environment that coal is readily available here in plenty, instead of keeping it as a reserve for future generations and emergency use said that if the coal were not dug immediately, India will fall apart. How many thousand crores of rupees’ bribes did he accept for BJP from the Adani Corporation for being licensed for extracting and exporting coal from the coal fields of Madhya Pradesh which is the sole property of the people, to resurrect himself after heavily falling into debt? Is there a prime minister or a party with this much corporate thirst like this? In the meantime, who else is here to warn India about her disappearing democracy except America where democracy was born, and Germany which overcame extreme fascist impulses and moved to it? Maybe France too- if they had not bribed BJP and sold fighter jets to India, maybe they too would have wanted to point out the loss of democracy in India.

From the enmity of the aforementioned religious corporate slave class, including India's foreign affairs ministry, towards democratic countries because of their open opinions about India's situation, it will look America stole democracy from India, India was self-taught in democracy, no one need to teach India democracy, and that in the Bharatiya Janata Party, Reliance and Adani Corporations, Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and their crowd in the Indian Parliament who combined rule the country now democracy has been prevailing not for decades but centuries. When where was democracy in these tovara plants of yesterday’s rain and tin heads? In the history and the past of which of these was there at least a remoteness of democracy?

Where else did democracy in India come from other than by copying it from the United States which has been a democracy for more than two hundred years, and from Britain, which withdrew from the United States after giving it its independence? Where did the parliamentary concept in India itself originate from? Before the American Civil War and their war against Britain and the establishment of democracy in the US, were there any articles, books or literature in India discussing democracy and a people's government? Then, for who else but the United States, which has more than 200 years of democratic experience, and excellence, is it possible to understand, to warn, to advise, and to say what is now in India is not democracy?

Not only Germany and the United States but the United Nations also has raised the question whether a democratic system exists in India now. Even the Vice President of India, Mr. Jagadeep Dhankar, responding to this saying that India is a democratic country and each country should look after its own affairs and no one should come to teach India about democracy must be his personal opinion, because the United Nations' job is to look after other countries. They are created and kept there to look into what is and what is not there in a country. Not only that, the question raised here from foreign democracies is whether there is any democracy in India and whether India is still a democratic country. The Vice President's response was irrelevant and childish.

A man cannot bark at people, therefore he makes his dog bark at people. One can say it was a Doberman and not a street dog. The higher the pedigree the more prestigious the bark would be in his belief.

The Ministry of External Affairs summoned the representatives of the United States and Germany to their offices and announced their protest. The Department of External Affairs claimed that the legal process in India is implemented in a factual and timely manner. Their message was that America’s and Germany’s interfering in the internal affairs of other countries like India is not acceptable, and that the legal process in India is monitored by an independent judiciary. It is a country with a retired Supreme Court Chief Justice of India while in service, for the BJP, despite all the abundant evidence put in forth even by the United States in multiple ways in the serious cases including inciting communal riots and demolition of mosques before him against the cream of BJP leaders, ensuring their political future and the rule of BJP in India, acquitted all of them and unscrupulously joined the ranks of BJP after retirement as their Parliament MP, saying their legal proceedings are monitored by an independent judiciary! To be precise, won’t the United States guess how much democracy would there be in a country where Narendra Modi, accused of his role in the communal riots and pogrom of minority communities in Gujarat while he was the Chief Minister there, based on the abundance of evidence in their hands collected through their own intelligence agencies and from the field, asked through their US State Department to never enter their country again, becomes the Prime Minister later!

It is because of what America and Germany said on the actions of India’s central government, of their arresting and jailing him in a completely fascist manner Mr. Arvind Khejriwal the opposition chief minister of Delhi and a former Civil Service Officer who is more educated than Modi, without allowing him to participate and campaign in the ongoing India's national elections, that these actions should not go beyond democratic barriers but should be kept within constitutional rights of citizens that they are being shouted at against by some people including the media and the central government who stirred them up and their opinions being interpreted as an interference in the internal affairs of India

When countries which have democracy, a copyrighted ideology of the whole world and which undergoes constant research and development, express academic and political interest and opinions on its current use in India where this term and concept of democracy of the European world are freely used by the administrators of India, how can it be interference in the internal affairs of India? Did anyone mind the Nazi Germany’s complaining that the Second World War military build-up (as well as the subsequent infiltration and subjugation!) by the allied countries was an intrusion into the internal affairs of Germany?

Isn't it academic interest in the faculty of democracy that is manifest and taking precedence in this questioning of India? What would have they done if the statement was made not by the US State Department but by the Political Studies Department of Harvard University? Without studying the good or bad changes and trends in democracy, how could anyone apply it anywhere, improve it in their countries, and how will they develop this system of governance that would be endeared to many more countries in the future flawlessly to suit modern times? For an example, when the representational democracy system followed in most countries departs and direct democracy which ensures online participation of all adults in parliament and their online voting arrives, shouldn’t there be lessons of such deviations and falls and failures as these?

The anger of some of the people mentioned earlier stems from the discomfiture of it being established that what is under the rule of the BJP in India is not democracy; it stems from the fear of having to blatantly admit that it is not democracy but Hindu Theo Corporatocracy. When there is a constitution, and there is a democracy under it as visualized and ensured by it, even they themselves know that to reject that constitution, overthrow that democracy, and establish in its place not even a theocracy but a theo-corporatocracy is a heinous crime and an act of anti-nationalism to be trialed and hanged by law. They fear because they know better, and anger, when the world analyzes them exactly as what they are, and what theirs is.

Under their rule so far, what has actually been going on in India- democratization, theocratization, theocorporatization, or theocorporate dictatorization?

If the BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi says the corrupt people of the country will be caught and locked up, it means it excludes the Kerala’s Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his family who are already ex-country through their anti-national multi nefarious deeds but has joined the BJP’s Hindu Rashtra by soul and body, that his Hindu Rashtra will incorporate even those who do not recognize the difference between the powers of a nation and a state! Only chief ministers and ministers from opposition parties are arrested and imprisoned in India under the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Hindu Theo-Corporate rule. It is inconceivable that there is not even a single corrupt Chief Minister in any of the states ruled by the BJP in which all the rejects and castoffs from all parties joined and sought shelter and all corrupt leaders in India are from the opposition parties who are not willing to join the Hindu Rashtra!!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying he is waging a fierce war against corruption is just like Kerala’s Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan saying he is also waging a fierce fight in Kerala against corruption even while being accused and investigated as the prime culprit in so many anti-national crimes like gold smuggling from abroad through UAE’s phony diplomatic bags, dollar smuggling to abroad in his own foreign travels itself, and money laundering: if he comes to know ever of a very notorious corrupt person in Kerala in government service from any from the Police and Revenue to the Health department, they are immediately sorted out and listed for promotion- a double promotion! If possible, their names will be recommended for the I. A. S. titles too. In any case, they are integrated into his personal retinue of crooks. The place is now full of people with such titles as former DGPs, chief secretaries, government secretaries and department directors! Now there are no posts to give to those crooked who come and join these ranks each year following their retirements, because how could they be given a post unless those who already were sat in a post left at least after 80 years of age? And how can those cupboards full of skeletons be forced and told to quit? All the high posts that should have been officiated by officers who are in active service, for a long time, are filled with old miscreants. But as they themselves are going to join these ranks in nearby future the IAS, IPS and IFS officers’ associations have no complaint in this.

Though they all belong to the Central Services, if the state government does not dismiss but pardons and accommodates a wrongdoer in any of these three services, in line with today's tacit political agreements, the central government too will pardon and accommodate him, will not ever dismiss him, which means there is no point in the anti-corruption activists and anti-corruption organizations looking to the Centre- even though without even taking time to breathe Prime Minister Narendra Modi keeps telling himself that he is an anti-corruption warrior, to convince himself and comfort himself. Who has they lifted in the past ten years? The current situation under these rulers in the state and at the centre is that if corruption is to be fought, it should be fought by someone outside the government.

If you ask whether corruption in the country is decreasing under the rule of people like the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his immediate follower like the Kerala pseudo-Marxist Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, it is jumping to its peak, but it’s difficult to catch and expose the corporate crooks who know how to do things without leaving evidence. That is the difference that has come at the centre and in the state in the past decade. As in Adani's case, if any foreigner who is skilled and resourceful to investigate comes out with evidence and lets the whole world know about it, like the ostriches who hide their small faces in desert sand and leave big rears out in the open, the big institutions of the country from the Central Finance Department, Securities and Exchange Board of India and Reserve Bank of India to the Supreme Court are immediately interfering- to prevent the public cheater from being imprisoned and to compensate for the amount of his share market loss caused by the exposure, saying that the country’s financial empire was going to collapse!

From the arrest of opposition chief ministers in Delhi and a few other states in India during the election year it can be understood that the Central Prime Minister Bharatiya Janata Party’s Narendra Modi is trembling with fear of losing the 2024 Parliament elections and his power for administration. If you lose, if you lose your power to rule, if you lose your governmental authority to say the last word, why are you so afraid? How many leaders in India have not lost elections fearlessly? Or is it the fear of international backlash and horrible revelations and surprises that may come from his hitherto masters Reliance Industries and Adani Enterprises if he fails to win the elections and retain power? Is it because the same national investigative agencies under his order that terrorized a few Indian National Congress leaders to stop opposition and join the ranks of his BJP, under new owners, will do the same to him?

Or is it fears that the countries that are rolling out red carpets for him today without hesitation will reveal such secret pacts that people will lay their hands on him and that the tacit conditions of all signed agreements will come out and be made public if he loses the election? Is it the fear that the Arab countries where he enjoys showy cousin-ship today will suddenly turn their backs and turn against him, the sole proponent of Hindu Rashtra, if he loses the election and his authority? Is it the fear that many countries including the United States will never be accessible again as they were before the 2014 elections?

Today, the public knows, all the foreign intelligence agencies know, and their governments know, that only a few fragile voting machines stand between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his losing power. It is also known that the services of Election Commission officials till retirement are religiously and politically secured for him. However, there is a hesitation as to whether those international corporations who struck the Indian corporation Reliance once will again do the same if Reliance again interferes in the Indian elections and gives a hand in retaining the BJP’s Modi administration.

Those who fear and those who are going to fail can be recognized right at sight. Those who are not like that will boldly defy the nation’s challenge and restore the ballot paper (why should people who are sure people will vote for them fear the ballot paper?), will not arrest political enemies without watertight evidence for gross corruption, will not forcibly remove them from the election arena during national elections by arresting them and incarcerating them, and will not impose black laws and release hordes of misled officials to suppress the press and those who questions his government and lose before the Supreme Court. But Narendra Modi did all these which never another Prime Minister of India did.

BJP knows to say everything in this election, except two things: why they didn’t catch and imprison the biggest corrupt person in Kerala, and what its Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi's guarantee on the petrol prices is! What else do people want to know? How many male and female BJP leaders are making their rounds of speech in Kerala in connection with the 2024 Lok Sabha elections? Not a single one of them has given a single answer to these two core questions. No, they didn't even pretend these two questions existed. They see the people of Kerala as uninformed house lizard Geckos- Goulees- who are always in the dark. They must have come to this conclusion from these people electing the pseudo Marxist Pinarayi Vijayan as their Chief Minister twice in succession and putting themselves in danger and in debt. Their Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Kerala from time to time and roar, and bellow that there is a huge corrupter in the Kerala Government Secretariat. Is it unknown to the people of Kerala? Had he not said it, would they have not known it? Why didn’t he catch him?

Left front is bad, right front is worse, very bad, our front is better, so vote for us- this is what they have to say. After ruling India for ten years, that's all they have to say, and nothing else!

Let the Bharatiya Janata Party at the center form the government or not after this election. Kerala does not intend to make any contribution towards it. Now the people of Kerala already understands that the two Union Ministers V. Muralidharan and Rajeev Chandrasekhar who are shimmied as BJP candidates in Attingal and Trivandrum Parliament Constituencies are of no more use to the BJP and that they will not be seen in any future cabinets of theirs, otherwise they would not have been bonded and tied like this to Attingal and Trivandrum where they are strangers and somewhat aliens! Now how will they hop skip and jump from there? Or will they get in through the backdoor of the Rajya Sabha?

After examining all aspects, the Constitution Drafting Committee of India conferred a special status to the state of Kashmir. Seventy years later, when a person named Narendra Modi came to power as the Prime Minister of the Hindu activist Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP, he took away that special status through an amendment of the Constitution and opened the state as a real estate market for the big corporations, made it possible for anyone to go and purchase land there, and took broker fees from the beneficiaries for the BJP. The Election Commission of India reiterates people should go to polling booths and vote periodically for some people to be empowered to carry out such amputations and modifications in the Constitution. Does the Election Commission guarantee that such coups will not take place on the Constitution? They who are not capable of doing that, why say people should go and vote for delegating their powers to someone to carry out those coups in the constitution?

If they win without people's vote, through some pre-programmed and remotely controlled manipulations of the electronic voting machines of theirs and subvert the constitution, let them do it! Or else, the people themselves will decide not to vote. That is what is going on in the country and people are reaching this conclusion. If so, who else except they themselves who are the sovereigns of the country has the right to question them about it? Even in the latest verdict on 2024 March 22 also, the Madras High Court observed that people cannot be coerced to go for voting and that no law exists to make them do it.

Even the President of the country does not have any independent powers but only those powers delegated to the MPs by the people through their votes which in turn were delegated to the President by the MPs. Even the judiciary appointed by the President has even less powers than that. Do you think the legislature and the executive, which are not even as powerful as the other two entities and are in fact submissive to people’s powers, will enact laws to hang people who do not vote, and the people will finally come to the conclusion that if they do not vote they will be hanged and finally go and vote? The Brahma Astra- the Fire Dart- the Ultimate Weapon- is placed in the hands of the people- the right not to vote! It’s only in their hands!!
 

When confronted with questions by media in Madurai, the then Chief Election Commissioner Naveen B. Chawla asked in return if the two hundred million people of India decided not to vote, could separate cases be taken against them all in the country’s courts! A question no one asked but still remains. The world is not yet free from the fear of Corona and it doesn't look it will be in the near future, because the serious, dangerous, long-lasting, and fatal side effects of the drugs claimed to have been discovered to cure it are only just beginning to come out. It was as part of control measures that there was a restriction on one person touching a part or place which another person’s finger touched before sanitizing and washing it. It has been implemented in from seats in buses, trains and airplanes to even keypads in ATM counters. What about electronic voting machines?
 

In any case, the credibility of the Chief Election Commissioner, the Election Commission and the electronic voting machines has plummeted as far as the people are concerned. Surveys indicate that it has dropped from seventy percent in 2019 to less than forty percent in 2024. Today, the Hindu-activist Bharayiya Janata Party BJP and the Election Commission of India are the only protectors of electronic voting machines in India. It is such a shameless war that these two have been waging against the world to retain it and BJP's rule in India. The nation is waiting to see if the judiciary will also join this run. They are even afraid to conduct a national referendum to see if these machines have the support of the people of India apart from these two! What is their right and ambition over those of the people?

When the world boycotts it and stops using it, they do not let go of it and hug it like a concubine, because turning away from history they have realized how useful it is for the instigation of a corporate rule in India like the erstwhile East India Company which ruled India even ruling over and controlling the British Government which controlled more and far powerful countries than the modern India, and for the formation of a pure Hindu Nation by toppling and overthrowing the secular republican democratic constitution of India. They have proved it before the world and before the people of India. After the electronic voting machines removing ballot papers from India, did anything else come up except the formation of Hindu Rashtra and corporate governance?

With one part of one lakh volume of paper used by BJP for printing its election posters, all the ballot paper for India could be printed. That's why the BJP’s and the Election Commission’s reiteration that they want ballot paper to be removed and electronic voting machines retained to protect the forests which are the source of wood which is the raw material for making the paper to print ballot papers and to avoid paper pollution only denotes the story of the secret marriage between the two. Considering India is the largest democracy in the world and where the greatest number of people votes in an election, when the lifespan of the millions of electronic voting machines that are manufactured every year expires- which is no more than two elections!- is it not a mountain of electronic waste going to reach the whole country? Is it reusable? Is there recycling? Which is more irreversibly polluting- the electronic voting machines or the ballot paper? Which needs the spending of precious foreign money reserves for importing expensive components? The Election Commission is floundering Hindu Rashtra without answer to any of these!

Then there remains only the cost of conducting the election through ballot paper and the time to count it. How many weeks did the Election Commission drag out the election period from 2024 April 19 to June 4 for facilitating the BJP Prime Minister and Reliance Representative Narendra Modi to campaign everywhere in India? Then why speak of the time for counting all these ballot papers? Isn't it the cost that then remains? How many lakh ballot papers can be printed at the cost of a single electronic voting machine? Will someone look at the cost of setting up a government that will have the authority to take lakhs of crores of rupees from the public purse and spend it?
